For a long time, Florida benefited from growth. What is happening now is different.
In October 2025, bundleIQ was selected for the inaugural Gold Coast Tech Accelerator cohort, the pilot program for what is now becoming a fully statewide initiative: Ambition Accelerated.
We went in as participants. We came out as the platform powering the program. Alani Connect now runs the content and community layer for Ambition Accelerated, which means the software behind the education, the founder ecosystem, and the institutional knowledge that compounds across cohorts is ours.
This is the story of how that happened, and why it matters for every founder, operator, and partner thinking about what intentional economic development can actually look like.
The Strategy Behind It
Ambition Accelerated is powered by the Florida Council of 100 and its Foundation. It is the execution arm of the Beyond Sunshine strategy, a private-sector-led roadmap projected to add up to 200,000 higher-wage jobs and nearly $100 billion in GDP by 2030.
The thesis is straightforward. Florida already has scale. It is the fourth-largest economy in the United States, one of the fastest-growing populations in the country, and a diverse industrial base. What it needed was coordination. The work now is to organize that scale into a system that can attract, support, and compound the next generation of companies.
That is what Ambition Accelerated does. And it is why we built Alani Connect into the operational fabric of it.
What Happened Inside the First Cohort
The Gold Coast Tech Accelerator launched in October 2025 in partnership with eMerge Americas and Related Ross. Eight weeks. Two tracks. Twenty companies.
- FinTech in West Palm Beach
- Dual-Use and Defense Tech in Miami
bundleIQ joined the Defense track alongside companies building quantum photonic sensors, high-energy laser systems, agentic mortgage AI, and next-generation ballistic materials.
But the cohort itself was not the product. The product was access. Direct lines to top CEOs, investors, and enterprise leaders. The people who can pilot you, fund you, and buy from you, in the same room.
That is also where we saw the gap.
Why Alani Connect Made Sense
Accelerator programs generate an enormous amount of context. Mentor sessions. Investor briefings. Curriculum. Sector deep-dives. Founder questions. Partner introductions. Cohort-to-cohort lessons that should compound but usually do not.
Most of that knowledge evaporates the day the program ends.
Alani Connect was built for exactly this problem. It is a publisher content and community platform that turns the knowledge inside a program, an event, or an ecosystem into a living, searchable, intelligent layer that members can actually use. Not a Slack channel that goes quiet. Not a Notion page no one updates. A working knowledge system that compounds.
For Ambition Accelerated, that means:
- The content from every session, mentor, and partner is captured, organized, and made accessible to current and future cohorts
- The founder ecosystem becomes searchable and connectable across regions, tracks, and time
- The institutional knowledge of the program itself, what works, what does not, who to connect to whom, lives on a platform built to grow smarter as it is used
- Partners, investors, and enterprise leaders engaging with the program get a real product experience, not a folder of PDFs
This is the same thing we have built for HumanX, the Center for BrainHealth at UT Dallas, and other publishers and conferences. Ambition Accelerated is now part of that operating model.
What Comes Next
The Florida Council of 100 has announced the statewide expansion of Ambition Accelerated. Four tracks now run concurrently this fall:
- Gold Coast Tech (FinTech and Dual-Use and Defense Tech)
- Tampa Bay at Embarc Collective (Healthcare)
- Southwest Florida at Babcock Ranch (Resilience)
Florida is no longer treating its regions as separate markets competing for the same attention. It is treating them as specialized nodes in one statewide platform. The next call for applications is expected this summer.
That coordination is the whole point. And it is exactly where Alani Connect operates best, as the connective tissue across cohorts, regions, sectors, and time.
Why This Matters for bundleIQ
When we founded bundleIQ, the bet was that knowledge is the most important asset most organizations underuse. We built Alani to turn documents, conversations, and data into living systems that get smarter the more they are used.
Powering Ambition Accelerated is the clearest possible expression of that bet. A statewide initiative organized around the next generation of high-growth companies, running on the platform we built to make that exact kind of compounding possible.
We were honored to be selected for the first cohort. We are even more honored to be the platform every cohort runs on going forward.
Florida is creating the conditions for the next generation of companies to build here, scale here, and stay here. The companies still have to do the work. And we are proud to be one of them.
We are just getting started.
