What's the difference between Public and Private rooms?
Public rooms are open to anyone—great for growing your audience. Private rooms are invite-only with access controls—ideal for teams and enterprise.
How does media processing work?
Each plan includes processing hours. Paid rooms get unlimited. Beyond your allowance, it's $10/hour one-time. Documents are always free.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on any Public or Private room.
Do nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations receive 50% off all Private room pricing.
Can I switch room types later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change anytime. Your content and members are preserved.
Who owns member data?
